The NJ Division of Fish and Wildlife endeavors to accomodate hunters with disabling conditions. New Jersey Law provides for permits to help people with disabilities enjoy the State’s natural resources. Effective with the 2009 hunting seasons, crossbow use is now permitted by any properly licensed hunter. See www.njfishandwildlife.com/news/2009/gamecode09.htm for details.
